Always advocate for the users.
While taking in consideration of business needs and other external factors, my primary allegiance is to the end users. I’m committed to understanding their needs and behaviors through user research and advocating for accessibility, usability and inclusivity.
We can’t do this alone.
A successful design project is a collaborative effort that involves various stakeholders. I emphasize clear and transparent communication, and actively seek input from team members with diverse expertise.
Design thinking applies everywhere.
I fully believe that design doesn’t just stop at the feature or product level. We can use design thinking to eliminate complexity or friction in every experience and interaction, internally and externally.
